Who we are
Glory Bible Missions in Africa (GBMA) was founded by Rev. Dr. Mark Kyungsoo Kim, a missionary under the Independent Board for Presbyterian Foreign Missions (headquarters: Philadelphia, PA) since 1990.
GBMA was founded to serve as the legal umbrella under which BCEA and its alumni may establish and expand ministries throughout East Africa. GBMA is currently registered in Kenya and Rwanda. The mission was registered in Kenya in 1995. In Rwanda, GBMA was registered at Rwanda Governance Board as a nonprofit making association in 2014 (Official Gazette no 51 of 22/12/2014).
Since its founding, GBMA has established seven mission stations comprising two additional Bible College campuses, churches, and schools.
